In Slovenia, PGI Management created the master plan to renew ATC Kanin’s resort and place it as a feasible resort of the future.
This master plan included marketing and brand plan, positioning and infrastructure renewal. PGI specialists made an in-depth internal analysis of resort’s current situation, also competitors analysis and analysis of strengths and weaknesses.
Under this project PGI Management defined the development of different action lines to renew and improve Kanin’s resort.
To define a good quality products and services in Kanin’s resort we developed a business plan, included financial plan, as a key component of business plan, communication & marketing plan and also operation plan.
