PGI will operate Amirsoy Mountain Resort in Uzbekistan

PGI Management and Amirsoy Mountain Resort, located in Uzbekistan, have signed an agreement to carry out the management of the mountain resort, including the pre-opening phase, being the grand opening planner for the upcoming December.

For that purpose, highly qualified international team, composed of experienced managers has been created, who will both lead the project management & operations of both mountain and hospitality operations.

The first phase is pre-opening, which is planned to take about 2-3 months. In general, that phase consists of recruiting and training Amirsoy staff, the installation of equipment and the system configuration.

Regarding mountain management, PGI will carry out the preparation and coordination of the lifts and slopes, ticketing management, as well as complementary services, such as customer service, ski school, outdoor activities and rental for equipment. Moreover, the regular training of the personal and the following evaluation system will encompass a paramount part of the operations.

With regards to hospitality, the management will be based on more than 20 luxurious cottages and a restaurant, located at the resort too, as well as participating in the design and construction phase of new hotels and F&B outlets.

With the experience in similar projects, PGI will support Amirsoy Mountain Resort in creation of a sustainable environment for the mountain & hotel management, which will help achieve predetermined goals and maintain the development of the first comprehensive mountain resort in the country.
